FAQs Answered! Everything You Need to Know About Second Chance Scholarship Foundation
Far too often, youth who become involved with the criminal justice system originate from poverty-ridden households, where financial hardship poses the greatest barrier to pursuing education. The founders of the Second Chance Scholarship Foundation not only acknowledge this reality but also firmly believe in the inherent potential of every youth.
